The Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) at Columbus State serves the 12-county Central Ohio region. Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Knox, Licking, Logan, Madison, Marion, Morrow, Pickaway, and Union counties are part of our purview. The current map can be found here.

This expansion will nearly double our capacity and allow us to better serve our customers now and in the future.

Modern Manufacturing Work-Study (MMWS)

Modern Manufacturing Work study : Now recruiting for the 2021 and 2022 cohorts of the MMWS Program! Interested students should complete the Request for Information Form.

Learn while you earn: Manufacturers have become modernization hubs – embracing sophisticated technology to improve efficiency and production, including software, automation, and robotics.

The Modern Manufacturing Work-Study Program (MMWS) combines classroom and lab-learning with the opportunity for a paid work-study position at a local industry partner. Work-study participants receive an average of $18/hour, helping them graduate debt-free.
